The Hound of the Baskervilles (Sherlock Holmes, #5)
by Arthur Conan Doyle, Anne Perry, Mark Hallaq
2.5* --- "it's OK" sums it up pretty well. Holmes is slightly less of a condescending dickhead than usual, mostly by being out of half the book. More "the accused offs themself" endings. Noticing again the degree to which all the Holmes canon takes place in the upper classes---anyone who's not upper-class (and let's not talk about where that money comes from) is a prop.
