Komarr (Vorkosigan Saga, #11)
by Lois McMaster Bujold
The first Vorkosigan book I read. <3
(February 2008) Okay, Mel lent this to me and I read it in less than a week. Possibly this was me being starved for sf+f, but the book deserves serious credit. It grabbed me almost immediately, and Miles makes me happy inside. I am so glad there are about a bajillion more of these books-- if only I didn't have homework!
(August 2017) I found myself not entirely comfortable with the arguments about of when it's time to end the fighting and accept defeat. The answer is... the status quo is fine, because the characters we are invested in are on the top of the wheel at the moment? The difference between a rebellion and a revolution is which side you're on.
