This used to be my favorite werewolf duology, which says more about the competitors to that title than it does about this book. I don't even remember what happens in the book, but I remember that I 100% loathed Clayton.

I enjoy Armstrong's other entries in the Women of the Otherworld series, but I do not do not do not like her werewolves. I have plenty of guilty pleasure books, but from this day forward any werewolf novel that doesn't pass the werewolf Bechdel test is dead to me. AKA, if you can't have lesbian werewolves, why would you even bother??
